We're expanding and seeking a skilled Automotive Technician to enhance our award-winning service team. Responsibilities: -Manage workflow through the workshop. -Manage relationships with our fleet customers. -Quote and manage repairs. -Maintain and grow our customer base. -Co-ordinate and allocate daily jobs to maximise productivity. -Monitor and ensure repairs are made on time and of high quality. -Lead and motivate the workshop team. -Proactively communicate and aid service advisors. Requirements: -Living in NZ and NZ residency or valid NZ work visa. -Current and valid driver's license. -Certificate in Light Automotive Engineering (Level 4) or equivalent. -AVI certification preferred; training provided if needed. -Previous relatable experience is a must.
