Based at our Greytown head office, you’ll help shape the future of three iconic NZ venues: *The White Swan Hotel (Greytown) *Tui Brewery HQ (Mangatainoka) *Monteith’s Brewing Experience (Greymouth) About the Role Lead the daily operations and strategy of our $8m+ business, overseeing a team of 80–100 people and reporting directly to the Director/Owner. You’ll collaborate with a passionate, hands-on team delivering unforgettable guest experiences. This full-time role is based in Greytown, with some flexibility in working arrangements.
