About the role: We have a casual opportunity to join our Rotorua team. These specialist roles within a Security Operations Centre will be different, with unique challenges daily but it's all about people engagement - listening, observing, and helping. The duties will include: Receiving alerts from remote cameras, triaging the alerts and taking appropriate follow-up action Receiving calls from forest users who are having trouble gaining access through remote gates, vetting their credentials and remotely opening the gates (if appropriate) Proactively monitoring security cameras across the forest Dispatching forest security patrols and/or police to incidents Providing client reporting Managing user credentials within the operating systems (NX Witness, Gallagher Command Centre, Milestone).
