What we're looking for from you is:**\r\n\r\n* At least 12+ months experience in a Contact Centre or a minimum of 2 years in a Customer Service role\r\n* The ability to work to meet or exceed set targets/benchmarks\r\n* Excellent verbal and written communication skills - customer empathy will also come naturally\r\n* A proven team player who proactively assists other team members, shares ideas, and contributes to goals\r\n* Ideally 2 years experience using Trade Me would be great but it's not a deal breaker - if you have the right attitude we can teach you what you need to know\r\n* Hunger to investigate, resolve and respond to customer support enquiries - you'll have a real knack for problem-solving and a natural desire to go above and beyond\r\n* Familiar and confident working with technology with the ability to navigate between multiple systems\r\n\r\n**You will need to be available on either Tuesday 9th or Wednesday 10th December to attend a half day assessment centre.**\r\n\r\n**The start date of this role is Wednesday, 21st January 2026 and you must be available to attend training for 6 weeks from this date from 9am - 6pm.**\r\n\r\nTrade Me is New Zealand's most influential e-commerce platform and as quintessentially Kiwi as you can get.
