We are looking for a Senior Chef de partie for our busy Kitchen that is open 7 days with a focus on house made pizza and a limited a la carte menu. We are looking for someone who has a good understanding of working in a busy kitchen with experience in cooking, running hot section, pans, and communicating with their peers during service. Overall responsibility -plan & organise the preparation & cooking of food -order food supplies -demonstrate techniques & advises on cooking procedures -discusses food prep issue with managers, kitchen and wait staff -explains and enforces hygiene regulations -trains and helps staff -helps plan menus 3 years of relevant experience and /or on the job training. The position is a permanent & Fulltime role with a minimum 30 hours to a maximum 45 hours per week.
