Position Overview: We’re looking for detail-oriented and energetic Packers to join our dynamic team. As a Packer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our high-quality baked goods are packaged efficiently and meet our strict quality standards. If you’re passionate about the food industry, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and take pride in your work, we want to hear from you! You must be able to work at least one day over the weekend each week and shift times are 12pm -9pm. Rate of pay offered is $24.50 per hour. Key Responsibilities: * Accurately and efficiently package baked goods according to company standards * Inspect products for quality and presentation before packaging * Label and organise packages for shipping, ensuring all items are correctly identified and accounted for * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the packing area * Assist with inventory management and restocking as needed * Follow all safety and hygiene protocols to ensure a safe working environment What we're looking for: * Previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not required; we are willing to train the right candidate * Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality * Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment * Good communication skills and a positive attitude
