Apply excellent communication and planning skills Richmond Foods are currently on the hunt for an amazing Supervisor for our inwards and despatch warehouses. Are you an experienced team player looking for a challenge, can you lead the warehouse team and help us build an exciting future. This is a full-time position, Monday – Friday. Start times to be discussed with the successful applicant. Immediate start available. Skills and Attributes • Supervisory and Leadership skills with the ability to motivate, develop and supervise others • Knowledge of warehousing operating procedures and protocols including exporting and MPI facilities • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Good planning skills and able to meet targets and deadlines • Excellent attention to detail Experience and Qualifications required • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in leading or supervising a team • Processing experience within an MPI certified, Export licensed food processing facility preferred • Experience working with ERP systems • Experience in a Manufacturing/Supply Chain/3PL environment • Knowledge of quality systems compliance • Forklift license And Reach Truck experience. • Frozen Storage facility experience preferred.
