It's not an easy role, but it's a rewarding one, which is why we believe in harnessing your talents and creating opportunities to develop you and your career with Ballance. This role is based at our Fielding store, however there may be the occasional time where we may need you to be available to help out in other operations. Travel may be required to other sites in the Lower North Island in close proximity to the Feilding Service Centre with the use of a pool car provided. A typical day will include: * Processing customer orders and inquiries - checking accuracy and fixing up any anomalies * Loader and forklift operation including maintenance * Fixed plant operation * Ensuring the site operates safely with regular maintenance checks * Interacting with customers and colleagues and having a laugh! You will never be bored in this role and you get to stay active by getting out and interacting with our customers and operating the machinery. ABOUT YOU You’re not afraid of hard work and you get energy from getting stuck in and helping out where needed.
