Put simply, sustainability is what we do. **Job Description**We’re looking for a motivated **Trade Assistant** to join our team. This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same, and you’ll be supporting skilled tradespeople while keeping our site running smoothly and safely. **Key Responsibilities** - Cleaning and maintaining the site - Washing bins and equipment - Assisting tradespeople with various tasks - Loading and unloading materials and tools - Keeping work areas clean, tidy, and safe - Carrying out basic maintenance such as painting, minor repairs, and landscaping - Operating hand tools and power tools (as required) - Following health and safety protocols, including wearing PPE - Completing other duties as directed by your supervisor or project manager **Qualifications**You’ll bring a positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to pitch in wherever needed.
