Summary: This role involves installing insulation in various projects, requiring a hard-working attitude and ability to work effectively in a team. Highlights: 1. Taupo is booming, and we've got heaps of work on. We work alongside a large group of the Central Plateau's best construction companies. And we're the only Taupo-based insulation company with an EECA Warmer Kiwi Homes subsidy contract. We remunerate based on a 'piece rate' system. This means the more you install, the more money you make. Skillful installers with hard-working ethics are earning between $30 and $40 per hour consistently. Based in Taupo, the role covers the whole Central Plateau region, and involves insulation work in existing homes, new residential homes, and new commercial projects. You will enjoy full EECA and NZS4246 training, being part of an awesome team, and daily travel to awesome locations around the Central Plateau. You will need: *ESSENTIAL - a hard-working attitude, *a full driver’s license (ideally), *a good understanding of insulation's part in the construction process, *to be organised, reliable, and responsible, *a good level of fitness/strength, *an ability to work together pull your weight in a team-based environment, *to be legally able to work in NZ (residency status).
