This is a seasonal role from mid-August to end of May, with potential to come back season after season — or grow with the team long-term. **The Role** You will help manage hives across the Bay of Plenty, with occasional travel to Gisborne. The role involves working five days per week, increasing to six during pollination and honey harvest periods, with hours varying between 40 and 65 per week (averaging around 45). You’ll support daily and weekly hive husbandry tasks to ensure hive health and readiness for pollination and honey flow, while operating safely and contributing to reducing hive losses below company target levels.
