Utilize strong knowledge of window construction and manufacturing The Opportunity We are seeking an experienced Lead Estimator to join our clients team in the Manawatu region. This is a permanent, full-time, office-based role suited to someone who enjoys detail, commercial decision-making, and working closely with both internal teams and clients. You will play a critical role in ensuring estimates are accurate, competitive, and aligned with client expectations and budgets. Key Responsibilities * Review estimates for accuracy and cost competitiveness * Use V6 estimating software confidently and effectively * Understand client requirements, scope, and budget constraints * Follow up with clients to review pricing competitiveness and outcomes * Apply strong knowledge of window construction and manufacturing * Understand window installation, particularly within renovation projects * Collaborate closely with internal teams to support successful project delivery About You * Proven experience as an Estimator or Senior Estimator (preferably within construction or manufacturing) * Strong understanding of window construction and installation * Confident using V6 software * Detail-oriented with strong commercial awareness * Excellent communication skills and a client-focused approach * Qualifications in Construction (Carpentry or Builder) and/or Window Manufacturing are preferred * Positive attitude * Strong work ethic * Honesty and integrity * NZ Citizen or Permanent Resident * No criminal history * Full, clean NZ Drivers Licence If you are ready to join a company that you can be proud to work for, apply now by attaching your latest CV and cover letter.Do not delay – take the next step in your career with a company that values you!
