You'll work closely with a supportive manager, take ownership across multiple sites, and have a clear career pathway into project management. About the Role: We're on the lookout for a motivated Electrical Foreman or Supervisor from a commercial construction background who's ready to take on more responsibility. Reporting directly to a hands-on leader, you'll be the 2IC across projects - running small teams, managing site delivery, and taking ownership of forecasting, procurement, and health & safety. This is a role that requires sharp thinking, strong coordination, and the ability to make decisions on the fly. What you'll be doing: * Supervising multiple sites with a team of 3-4 * Managing 2,000+ hour jobs * Handling project paperwork: forecasting, H&S, ordering * Working alongside a supportive manager with a focus on team growth * Taking the lead on day-to-day site delivery and coordination What we're looking for * EWRB registered with a current full practicing license * Experience as a Foreman or Supervisor in commercial electrical work * Strong leadership skills with a desire to grow into a Project Management role * Clear communicator and confident decision-maker * Comfortable juggling multiple responsibilities across sites * Team player who's keen to grow with a supportive business What's on Offer: * Great salary dependent on experience plus company vehicle, laptop, and phone * Supportive leadership and career development pathway * Fast-paced, dynamic work environment (not your average corporate structure!)
