About the RoleWe're looking for a professional and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our Mitsubishi and Nissan team in Cambridge on a fixed-term contract covering parental leave. In this role, you'll be the crucial link between our customers and the workshop, ensuring every vehicle service runs smoothly from booking through to completion. You'll play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service, building strong relationships, and supporting workshop efficiency. This is a fixed-term opportunity; however, there may be potential for a permanent position for the right person as our business continues to grow.
