Direct Responsibilities * Lead roofing projects - plan labour, materials, and schedules to meet deadlines. * Supervise roof replacements, installations, repairs, cleaning, and spraying. * Mentor apprentices and roofers, creating a positive, high-performing crew. * Be the main contact for clients, site managers, and suppliers. * Uphold top-quality workmanship and Health & Safety standards at all times. * Provide weekly progress updates and accurate site records.
