Family-focused company values with established management systems We are seeking a Qualified Builder to join our team for this Foreman's Role consisting of day to day project running, leading the team & reporting back to ownership. The ideal candidate will be motivated to improve their career within the company while developing their own skills. Must have a strong work ethic & a progressive focus on delivering excellence. We want someone who takes pride in their workmanship with the ability to lead a team well & tackle challenges with a proactive drive for results. You will be joining a small team within a reputable company who has been operating for over 21 years in the industry & specialise in medium to high end design & build projects. You must provide: - An eye for quality & a drive to ensure a high standard. - A strong leadership perspective, aiming to involve the team progressively. - A good & positive attitude, great communication & a solid work ethic. - The ability to manage independently as well as lead the team as required. - Must obtain reliability, stickability & flexibility. - Be open minded, willing to learn and grow while contributing to the team. - Have a full NZ driver’s license - Be drug free.
