Opportunity to work in a high-performing FMCG environment Our Opportunity We have a permanent, full‑time opportunity for a physically fit, detail‑oriented individual with previous FMCG experience, whether gained as a process worker, in finished goods, or within a supply chain/warehouse environment. Joining our international food manufacturing operation in Palmerston North, you will step into a varied role, applying your existing FMCG knowledge while continuing to develop your skills across the product lifecycle. This position has a strong focus on finished goods, packaging, and product handling, making it ideal for someone who understands the pace, standards, and expectations of fast‑moving consumer goods operations. Success in this role relies on your strong attention to detail, confidence working with systems, and ability to follow instructions accurately to maintain the highest levels of food safety and quality. Strong literacy and communication skills are essential. This is a hands‑on, physical role involving lifting (up to 20kg) and repetitive product handling. Operational hours run between 5:00am and 10:00pm, Monday to Friday. Standard hours are 6:00am – 2:30pm, and flexibility is required to meet production demands. You may be rostered for night shift, Saturdays, extended hours, and work in cooler environments as needed. What You Will Bring You enjoy working as part of a team, learning new processes, and applying your strong numeracy and problem‑solving skills in a high‑performing FMCG environment. You take pride in doing things right the first time and contributing to a smooth, efficient operation.
