Summary: This hands-on role involves manufacturing support, machinery operation, and component assembly within the aluminium product industry, suitable for physically fit individuals eager to learn. Be part of a close-knit team that values hard work and camaraderie * Monday to Friday | 7:30am - 4:00pm * $26.00+ per hour (depending on experience) * Based in Central Christchurch The Role: This role involves working with aluminium products, operating machinery, assembling window components, and supporting the manufacturing process. Previous experience in the industry would be advantageous, however we are also open to training someone with the right attitude and willingness to learn. The role is hands-on and includes some heavy lifting, so a good level of physical fitness is required. What we're looking for: * Previous experience in aluminium joinery, window manufacturing, or a similar industry is advantageous * Experience operating CNC machines would be highly regarded * Confident using hand and power tools * Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship * Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling and heavy lifting * Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn * Ability to work well as part of a team * Flexible to work extra hours when needed What's in it for you? * Ongoing Training and Development * Temp to Perm Opportunities In this role you will be part of a close-knit team who work hard, but also know how to have a laugh!
