




Communications and Engagement Advisor Tauhara North No.2 Trust Rotorua Tauhara North No.2 Trust was founded on its whakapapa, whenua, and whānau connections. As kaitiaki for the whenua we have developed the geothermal resources with the whakataukī to hold fast to the land and make use of our land for the wellbeing of ngā uri whakatipuranga. Since 1991 when the Trust was formed, the investment diversification for the trust has grown to include farming, horticulture, geothermal energy and tourism. We have an exciting new opportunity for a highly motivated Communications and Engagement Advisor to join our Corporate Services team. This is a fast-paced role where your focus will be on planning and executing a diverse range of communications and engagement initiatives across the Trust group. You will ideally have: * Must have an understanding of Te Reo Māori and Tikanga Māori * A relevant tertiary qualification in Communications and Marketing * Previous experience working in a communication and/or marketing role * A track-record of developing and delivering communications and marketing activity to an agreed strategic comms plan *Adept written communications and copywriting abilities across diverse channels *Previous experience within Photography and/or Videography *A sound knowledge of comms and media tools, including an understanding of and previous experience using Adobe Media Suite, Canva and Microsoft. *The ability to support the development of comms and marketing plans and strategies. * The ability to use initiative and sound judgment in decision-making process * Commitment to your ongoing professional growth and development, and a growth mindset. * Able to multitask and have a ‘can do’ attitude with a high level of attention to detail * Ability to work in a Te Ao Māori environment * To learn more about Tauhara North No.2 Trust, please visit www.tauharano2.co.nz All applicants must have NZ residency or a valid work visa, and the preferred applicants will be required to undergo pre-employment checks including Ministry of Justice and Drug and Alcohol testing.
