With a focus on safety, teamwork, and continuous development, this company offers a solid foundation for long-term career growth. **Your new role** We are currently seeking an experienced Civil Drainage Foreman and a capable Operator to join our team. * As the Foreman, you will lead crews on drainage and civil works projects, oversee site operations, manage teams, and ensure projects are delivered safely and efficiently. * As the Operator, you'll work on machinery and civil drainage tasks, contributing hands-on support in the field. These roles are essential to the successful delivery of a range of projects throughout the Wairarapa region. **What you'll need to succeed** For both positions, you'll need: * A strong work ethic and commitment to safety. * Ability to pass a Drug & Alcohol test. For the Civil Drainage Foreman: * Proven experience in leading civil drainage teams. * Excellent knowledge of site management and drainage systems. * Strong communication skills and the ability to motivate your crew.
