This role involves operating commercial vehicles equipped with Hiab loading cranes to deliver building supplies across the region. As our Evo Cycles Bicycle Service Technician, you will be responsible for the day to day running of the workshop and the servicing of customers bicycles. From quoting the customer jobs and ensuring that customers are clear on what work is required, you will see the job through to the end. Ultimately you will find ways of working that contribute to achieving Evo Cycles customer satisfaction and growth expectations. Your responsibilities will include servicing bikes from all different types of genres (i.e. ebikes, road bikes, mountain bikes and children's bikes), the sale of workshop parts, looking after workshop stock (both inwards and outwards for your workshop), supporting the store staff with bicycle service related queries, ordering parts for work shop jobs and general customer service all with the goal to lift customer satisfaction at every touchpoint. As our bicycle service technician you will have a positive, customer-oriented attitude with a win-win outlook for both Evo Cycles and the customer.
