Summary: Lead a team in setting up, monitoring, and maintaining traffic management sites, performing stop/go operations, and conducting site inductions. Highlights: 1. Utilize excellent communication and leadership skills As a Site Traffic Management Supervisor (STMS) based in Palmy you’ll be part of a crew who set up monitor, and maintain TTM sites, carry out stop/go operations, monitor live traffic and conduct site inductions. Leading from the front, you will make real-time calls to keep traffic flowing while managing safety risks. 30 hours minimum guaranteed every week. Key Responsibilities: Lead your team by giving clear instructions of job requirements and expectations, team briefings and toolbox talks. Contributing and sharing your knowledge in traffic management with your team and mentoring new staff Assisting with set up and pack down of traffic management sites Maintaining a safe and compliant workplace environment at all times Requirements: STMS Qualification Full Class 2 Licence (Class 1 may be considered) Must have excellent time management, communication and leadership skills Physically fit and capable to work both day and night shift All successful applicants will undergo a pre-employment drug test and a criminal history check.
