With major investment, a nationwide growth strategy, and a new Palmerston North -based operating centre, We are looking for an Office Manager who can take ownership of our office operations and provide high-level administrative, financial, and procurement support across the organisation. What you will do: In this role, you will be the operational anchor for the business—overseeing everything from customer queries to financial accuracy, supplier relationships, and business reporting. Key duties include: • Managing all office administration and front-of-house functions • Assistance in coordinating customer orders, enquiries, bookings, and documentation • Overseeing accounts, payroll, invoicing, GST, and tax compliance • Leading in parts of procurement, supplier negotiations, and stock control processes • Preparing management reports for leadership and the board • Supporting marketing, pricing, and brand awareness initiatives • Ensuring systems, records, and processes operate efficiently • Upholding Health & Safety standards and compliance obligations What we’re looking for: We are seeking someone who brings professionalism, maturity, and confidence to the role, including: • Significant experience in office coordination or office management • Strong financial skills, including payroll, accounts, and budgeting • Ability to build relationships and communicate clearly with customers • High attention to detail and accuracy • Initiative, problem-solving ability, and lateral thinking • Reliability, honesty, punctuality, and a positive mindset • Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team • Strong computer literacy (intermediate–advanced preferred) This role is customer-facing and requires someone who enjoys interacting with people, can manage competing priorities, and thrives in a dynamic, evolving business environment.
