Alongside the franchisee and a team of managers, you’ll be responsible for organising and controlling the daily operations of a fast-paced food establishment. This includes both traditional retail management and overseeing our restaurant-style service delivery. Role Responsibilities Lead and supervise a team of 5-15 staff across shifts, including kitchen and front-of-house. Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring excellent customer service and smooth workflow. Oversee staff rosters, training, and performance to maintain a high-function team. Follow and monitor operational policies, health & safety, food handling protocols, and Operational Systems Standards. Handle customer queries and feedback, ensuring a consistent and high-quality dining experience. Maintain financial records, including sales reports, inventory, and staff costs. The role will typically be five days per week with two consecutive days off. While we try to keep the roster fixed permanent, flexibility with hours and days to assist with covering annual and sick leave is required however as we operate 7 days a week. You will have: A high energy and positive attitude. A strong work ethic, organised, reliable, and customer focused. Work well autonomously and thrive off responsibility. Hands-on people management, on the job, with a focus on coaching and guidance while working on the front line. Punctual and keen to roll up your sleeves. Epic people & communication skills. Passionate about working in store, some paperwork is required, but this is primarily a hands-on management role.
