We're seeking a Estimator or Junior Project Manager work on a variety of Civil projects, including subdivisions, drainage, maintenance and roading. This role sees you reporting to the Commercial Manager, joining an experienced team to manage the full tender process, including preparation, review, and delivery of tenders and quotes, variations, and risk prediction. What you'll bring: * A minimum of 2-3 years Estimating experience in the Civil Construction Industry * Proven tendering experience within roading and/or civil infrastructure construction * Hands on experience working on tenders and bids * Proficient with CCS Candy, Benchmark and Microsoft Projects * A result focused, commercially astute outlook and a practical approach to problem solving * Ability to handle a diverse workload, whilst finding creative and forward-thinking solutions * Good communication skills and strong client and key stakeholder engagement ability * Sound knowledge of NZS 3910:2013 * Full NZ Class 1 Driver Licence. * NZ Residency or Citizenship What's on offer: * Competitive salary $80,000 - $115,000 * Company vehicle and relocation assistance * Opportunity for continued career progression into a Project Manager * A large variety of business benefits and programmes * Live in a beautiful part of New Zealand, perfect for hiking, fishing, hunting and wineries.
