Offering approximately 15-20 hours per week, they have a part-time fixed-term opportunity to join their team commencing from December 2025 for approximately 12 months to cover parental leave. Responsible for the management of projects and general administrative and office management requirements to run the team, we are looking for someone who has an administrative background, with experience using project management software. Flexible to the ever-changing environment of architectural design and needs of their clients, this position provides the opportunity for you grow and to be a part of a great culture. With a small team they have a friendly, family centred focus. What the role involves: Project administration and communication: such as preparing estimates, setting up project management records and obtaining quotes; Marketing: keeping it in house means AZero can keep their finger on the pulse with social media, other online content and general marketing initiatives Accounts: GST reporting and processing of payments, producing invoices Communication and client interaction: including general clerical duties, records management and general office requirements and procedures This is a generalist role, everyone shares the load with some flexibility and adaptability. There will be a handover period to ensure systems and processes are maintained for the duration of the fixed-term period. Whilst it is not essential for the right person to have a background in architecture or design, there must be a desire to learn about the industry and to be able to learn the intricacies of what the team do.
