You will be an integral part of the on-site leadership team, which is progressive, trauma-informed, and safety-focused. You'll play a critical role within our tightly knit eight-person regional Health, Safety, and Wellbeing team, contributing to solving larger organisational challenges, and implementing large scale wellbeing and cultural change initiatives.
