As a Customer Service Experience Team Member you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service ensuring a positive shopping experience, and ensuring you process customer's transactions on POS (tills). Monday & Sunday 9.45am - 6.15pm (16 Hours) This role is on a fixed term until end of March 2026. Working with a One Team approach. You will provide friendly and helpful service to our customers, which includes everyone from local tradies to the keen DIY'er! The person that fits well in this role would enjoy following a tight schedule while carrying out daily stock takes, as well as enjoy correcting and investigating products that have any issues i.e. negative counts, missing stock etc. Maintaining excellent accuracy of all stock holdings will be vital while also ensuring correct stock labels/ticketing and locations of products within the Store.
