You will be an integral part of the commercial team, managing the financial aspects of key civil infrastructure projects. Your role will involve everything from procurement and cost planning to managing variations, claims, and monthly payments, ensuring projects are delivered on budget. You'll work closely with project managers and engineers, providing crucial commercial insights that drive project success. The Ideal Candidate * A tertiary qualification in Quantity Surveying or a related field. * 4-6 years of QS experience within New Zealand's civil contracting sector. * Proven experience working with CCS Candy, NZS:3910 and or 3916 contracts is essential. * Strong commercial acumen with excellent negotiation skills. * A proactive attitude with the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
