Roading and Construction Supervisor

Ventia has an exciting opportunity for a Roading Construction Supervisor to join their Transport Infrastructure team based in the beautiful Bay of Islands. About the role As a key member of our team, you'll take charge of roading projects including, drainage, pavement, and earthworks. Your role will involve: * Supervising a dedicated team of 3-4 crew members * Taking a hands-on approach, spending majority of your time on-site * Monitoring and managing project progress, costs, and timeframes * Overseeing all stages of the project to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
