In this varied role, you will be working with and providing direct supervision and practical training to our prisoners in a commercial kitchen setting. Key Responsibilities * Run daily prep and service to tight timelines (breakfast & lunch) * Ensure our cabinet is full of appealing items and our to order menu is served quickly and consistently * Own FCP, allergen management and site H&S * Maintain equipment, cleanliness and compliance documentation. * Order, receive and manage inventory; control COGS and waste.
