This could be great for someone located or easily accessible to the area by car or public transport. This person will be passionate about food, flavours and presentation. They will be committed to bringing new ideas to keep our offering exciting as well as delivering on the tried-and-true Columbus favourites. About the role This position is a Full-Time role with 37.5 hours per week - it will include one weekend day. The successful applicant will receive training and support from the Columbus Chef trainer. We off early starts 7am and early finishes for breakfast/lunch service; no late nights. Key Responsibilities * Run daily prep and service to tight timelines (breakfast & lunch) * Ensure our cabinet is full of appealing items and our to order menu is served quickly and consistently * Own FCP, allergen management and site H&S * Maintain equipment, cleanliness and compliance documentation. * Order, receive and manage inventory; control COGS and waste.
