This role is ideal for someone with solid hands-on experience in warehouse, logistics, or production environments, who can bring both practical capability and strong situational awareness to the job. Ideally, be a good trouble shooter, forward thinker, anticipate issues before they arise and contribute to an efficient, well-organised warehouse operation. You’ll be working within an environment where accuracy, initiative, and consistency are essential. * Onehunga location * Monday - Friday * 8am - 4:30pm / 5pm  * $28-31ph dependent on experience  Key Responsibilities * Support day-to-day warehouse and production operations, including picking, packing, dispatch, and inventory management. * Maintain a tidy, safe, and well-organised warehouse environment. * Assist with production tasks as required, ensuring quality standards are maintained. * Work collaboratively with the team to meet operational deadlines. * Follow all health & safety and compliance requirements. The ideal applicant will  * Have 3+ years experience within a similar environment  * Have exposure to all areas of warehousing and logistics - Inwards, Pick Packing, Dispatch, Order Processing etc * Be computer literate  * Have strong organisational skills and attention to detail. * The ability to work independently and take initiative. * Possess a positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn. * Have a valid Forklift licence or experience and willingness to obtain one * Be OK to pass a pre-employment drug test & return a satisfactory Ministry of Justice criminal background check  If you are interested and meet the above criteria please apply now with your current CV.
