SS Brewtech 3 vessel brewery, 50 gallon, 190-liter

Like new 3 vessel (50 gallon), 190-liter SS Brewtech brewery for sale. This brewery was originally a 3-vessel gas fired but has been and modified to 230-volt single phase 32Amp all electric by a registered Electrician. 4 new Tri clover ferrules professionally welded on the pots for various elements and sensors. The 3 vessels sit on a 100x 100 SS box section movable stand covered with 2mm SS sheet. Dimensions are 1900 wide x 650 deep x 1700 high. It has a swing out control panel for ease of use that folds back when not brewing. Has an 8 mtr lead and 32A plug. Quality 1.5-inch Tri clover SS Brewtech valves and fittings. Also has Brewtech false bottom, recirc manifold, whirlpool and boiler outlet dam. HLT has 1x ultra-low watt density 5 kW element. Boiler has 2x ultra-low watt density 3 kW elements for a total of 6 kW. 2 x PT100 temp sensors on HLT and Boiler. Mash temp is maintained by utilising a 20 mtr x12mm stainless steel heat exchanger coil in HLT. This allows for a very stable and accurate mash temperatures with the ability to easily do step mashes. HLT water then used to sparge. It's a pleasure to brew on, very simple to use and very easy to clean as all fittings and elements come off, just carry the pots outside and hose off and clean. Many extras such as Industrial quality Endress and Hauser inline pH meter with temperature display ($4000 new). 2 pumps on the brewery, 1x 25watt used for mash recirc and whirlpool and 1x 6watt used to recirc HLT water to ensure stable temperatures over the heat exchanger. SS Brewtech Pots can be used directly on gas if required and it comes with 1 x 4 ring Hi output LPG burner and stand to give many brewery configuration options. Could easily do 2 or even 3 mashes a day for small commercial operation.
