The house is tucked away at the end of a dead-end street in Parnell, close enough to the Rose Gardens for morning walks, and just around the corner from Newmarket. It’s peaceful here, birds, sunlight, and the occasional cat nap (we’ve got two: Ginger and Black). You’d be sharing with two young professionals in our early 30s, a Design Team Lead and a Nurse. We’re often out working or socialising, but when we’re home, we love a film night or a drink. We’re looking for someone who fits that rhythm, independent and easy to live with. The room gets beautiful light and fits a single bed. The house is very spacious, with big living areas, plenty of storage, and street parking available.
