Support crews and site workflows * Weekly pay + strong site culture * Long-term project (7 months) * Consistent day shift hours - no nights About the role We're seeking an experienced STMS Practicing (Cat C) to oversee traffic management on a major redevelopment at Riccarton Westfield (Pak'nSave). You'll manage daily TMPs, coordinate deliveries, and ensure safe, compliant site operations. Benefits * $37-$40/hr + 8% holiday pay * 30-hour guaranteed contract * Day shift only (great work-life balance) * 7-month project with consistent work * Weekly pay cycle Duties * Prepare, implement, and sign off TMPs daily * Manage site traffic flows around active works * Control gatehouse and coordinate delivery trucks * Monitor site safety and compliance * Support crews and site workflows as required Skills & experience * STMS Practicing Category C (essential) * Current First Aid certificate * Forklift licence (preferred) * Strong TMP knowledge and compliance focus * Reliable, safety-focused and confident communicator Culture People enjoy working here because of the strong focus on safety, structure, and professionalism.
