Based in Silverdale, you'll operate bulldozers and/or wheel loaders across residential and commercial sites. Reporting to the site supervisor, you'll play a key role in site prep and material movement. Benefits - $30-$37/hr based on experience - Weekly pay + 8% holiday pay Duties - Operate bulldozer and/or wheel loader - Clear land and move earth/material - Maintain machinery and follow safety - Assist with general site tasks - Support environmental controls Skills & experience - WTR endorsement required - Full Class 1 NZ Driver License - Experience on either or both machines - Safety-conscious and reliable - Able to work independently - Ability to operate additional machines highly desirable - Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test About the company A well-established NZ-owned business with 25+ years in earthmoving and land development.
