Our home is a peaceful retreat with glorious views of the sea. We are looking for a flatmate who is full time employed, tidy, courteous, quiet, and has a sense of humour. This is not a party house! We work hard and like to chill after work. All utilities included, High speed internet and land line phone and Netflix. There are two raised garden beds for planting vegetables if desired and a little bush walk in the back of the section. It's a short walk to the shops and bus. New World, Pharmacy, Food take out, $2 shops, Indian Restaurant (excellent!!) and the Tavern. . It's a perfect home for after work and weekend relaxation! We have two rooms available at present.
