Comfy home on a quiet street surrounded by greenspace and respectful neighbours. Pretty well placed in a crescent off another road so there is no through traffic. The garden has space for growing veges and a well established lemon tree. Its not fully fenced so won't work for kids or pets at any point. We're just looking for another boarder who enjoys doing their own thing and wants a quiet spot. There is a bedroom inside or a sleepout depending on which you'd prefer. Has a fireplace for winter. Friendly for anyone who wants to come view lgbt+ etc but it isn't suitable for pets/kids.
