Accounts | Admin | Payroll Specialist
We’re recruiting a permanent, long term Accounts /Admin/ Payroll specialist for this close-knit, family-owned solar business looking for an experienced and proactive professional to join their team, which is currently in growth mode. What You’ll Be Doing • Payroll Management: End-to-end payroll processing using Xero, including timesheet entry, leave management, and payroll reporting. • Accounts & Reconciliation: o GST preparation and monthly reconciliations o Reconciling invoices, payments, receipts, and bank transactions • Supplier & Stock Invoice Management: o Processing incoming and outgoing supplier/stock invoices o Matching, coding, and preparing payment batches for director approval • General administrative duties to support the smooth running of the business. Diesel Mechanic

Workshop & Tyre Bay Manager (On the Tools) Goodyear Autocare Warkworth -Full-Time | Monday–Friday + Every 2nd Saturday Goodyear Autocare Warkworth is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced and motivated On-the-Tools Workshop & Tyre Shop Manager to lead our busy team. If you’re confident on the tools, great with people, and ready to take charge of day-to-day workshop operations, this role is for you. About the Role This position blends hands-on mechanical and tyre work with team leadership. You’ll run the workshop floor, support our technicians, maintain high-quality standards, and ensure customers receive the reliable service we’re known for.
