Parts Specialist

Responsible for providing the highest level of customer service, in this role you will be: * Interpreting and processing customer requests * Providing service to internal customers for parts * Picking and packing parts and components * Sourcing parts from other sources as required * Utilising your highly developed communication skills * Exercising your strong computer skills, data entry accuracy and attention to detail * Highly organised in your approach to your work You will also be hardworking, customer focussed and cool under pressure, allowing you to prioritise tasks in a busy workplace. Knowledge and/or experience with commercial vehicles or heavy equipment is an advantage, and a current driver's license is necessary.
