Our clients are seeking expressions of interest from experienced and qualified Traffic Controllers to assist them with the management of traffic and pedestrian movement across various locations in and around Invercargill and the greater South Island region Job Description  You will be working in a team environment under the guidance and instruction of experienced staff, ensuring that fellow employees and the public are kept safe as they move through the work-site.  Tasks include:  * Assisting the Site Supervisor by placing signage and cones at the location of work. * Communicating with fellow Traffic Controllers, using a hand-held radio to ensure the smooth flow of traffic through the work-site. * Clearly communicating with the public in a friendly manner. * Dealing promptly with any breaches, such as vehicles failing to follow your directions. * Physically able to stand for long periods of time in varying weather conditions.
