Keith Andrews Trucks, NZ's largest Fuso dealership and a key supplier of Freightliner and Mercedes-Benz commercial vehicles, is looking for a Service Manager to lead our Invercargill team. This is a pivotal role where you'll manage a high-performing service department, build strong customer relationships, and ensure safe, efficient, and profitable operations. What you'll do: * Lead and manage the service team to deliver outstanding results and top-tier customer service. * Ensure efficient workflow, correct allocation of staff and resources, and high-quality workmanship. * Build strong relationships with key clients, providing technical support and training as needed. * Monitor and drive performance to meet financial and operational targets. * Champion health, safety, and environmental best practices. * Oversee team development, apprenticeships, and staff training programmes. * Stay up to date with product knowledge across Fuso, Freightliner, and Mercedes-Benz brands.
