You'll be Working closely with management and business development teams, you'll contribute to both price and non-price elements of bids, ensuring submissions reflect both project scope and company capability. With a strong versatile acumen, you'll also support post-tender negotiations, variation pricing, and ongoing cost accuracy benchmarking. Success in this role requires a solid grasp of New Zealand standards, combined with the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure in a ever changing civil landscape. What we are looking for: * 3-5 years' experience in civil construction estimating or quantity surveying, ideally across roading, drainage, and infrastructure. * Strong technical knowledge of NZ construction standards (e.g., NZS suite), contracts, and market rates. * Proficiency in estimating software (e.g., Benchmark, Excel) and construction programming tools like MS Project. * Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret drawings, specs, and technical documentation. * Clear communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with engineers, contract managers, and procurement teams.
