We have several exciting opportunities across our Dairy Farms for Herd Managers or Assistant Herd Managers in our beautiful Central Hawke's Bay region. Farms range in size and configuration. We are a family owned business with a corporate structure and forward looking focus. Ideally you will have some experience, but if you are keen and have the right attitude don't let a lack of experience stop you from applying. We offer a great supportive team environment, with opportunities for training, development and progression. Duties will include: * Milking * Shifting, feeding and treating cows * Fencing and weed control * Calving and looking after calves * Shed cleaning and set up * setting fences and monitoring pasture * Other general farm duties You will need to: * have care and respect for the animals you work with * have a great 'can do' attitude * be physically fit * be legally entitled to work in New Zealand (NZ Citizen, permanent resident or hold a valid work visa) * be able to pass a pre-employment drug test Accommodation may be available.
