You will work alongside a hard-working construction team to ensure efficient and effective delivery of projects within your portfolio. Due to internal promotion, we have an opportunity available for an experienced Construction Manager to join our Green Team in the beautiful Hawkes Bay. Reporting to our Region Manager, you will be based at our Napier branch office and be a strategic part of our senior leadership team. You will be overseeing our civil construction division focusing on civil construction, transportation and three waters projects This is a senior role with massive potential for growth. By leading relationships with our clients, you will have the opportunity to shape our growing footprint within the region. We have a strong presence in the South Island and are looking to expand our team into the North Island. We have an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager to join our team. You will lead, manage and deliver high quality projects and help ignite growth and diversification of opportunities across the Hawke's Bay. What you will do As Project Manager you will be responsible for procuring, managing and delivering a variety of projects safely, to time and budget. This includes active project monitoring and management, communication with clients and office teams, timely completion of key project administration processes and the leadership of our Napier based operational team alongside our management team.
