The Network Acoustics Muon Pro Ethernet Filter is a passive filter designed to improve the sound quality of streamed music by reducing noise from the Ethernet connection. It's intended to be placed between a router/network switch and a streaming device, filtering out RFI/EMI noise that can negatively impact audio performance. The Muon Pro is a higher-performance version of the original Muon filter, designed to work with networks up to 1 Gb/s (1 Gigabit per second). The reviews of these are universally positive with audible improvements, even in very high end systems. Here are some of the many positive online reviews: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RtxmrwkUBII&ab_channel=AnAussieAudiophile https://twitteringmachines.com/review-network-acoustics-muon-pro-ethernet-filter/ https://www.hifi-advice.com/blog/review/cables-reviews/reviews-digital-cable/network-acoustics-muon-pro-ethernet-filter/ The pricing on these is such that they are generally only purchased directly from Soul to Sole Audio but I am happy to deal with you through your favourite hi fi store if that is preferable. I am offering a 1 week demo session to give you peace-of-mind as these are fairly expensive and you need to be sure. This is a shorter demo time than is being offered overseas but I do not have the stock levels they do and also my units will already be run-in to the recommended 200 hours or more. The price is $3695 which is equivalent to the direct UK price.
