Key Responsibilities: * Erect, dismantle, and maintain scaffolding structures according to safety and quality standards. * Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical documents. * Ensure scaffolding work complies with safety regulations and industry standards. * Work alongside other tradespeople to complete projects in a timely manner. * Maintain equipment and tools in safe working condition. Requirements: * Proven experience as a scaffolder. * Valid scaffolding qualification or certification. * Good understanding of scaffolding techniques and safety regulations. * Ability to work at heights and in varying weather conditions. * Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team. * Have reliable transport to get to work. * Be able to pass pre-employment drug test. * Have working rights in New Zealand.
