We're seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Controller to lead our AP operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across all payment processes. Our client is seeking a trustworthy and methodical Accounts Payable Controller to join a well-established and forward-thinking business in Hastings. About the role: You would be responsible for overseeing the whole accounts payable process including the managing of offshore AP Invoice and statement processing. Our clients' systems are streamlined, using MYOB Exonet, Smartsheet, and other automated workflow tools, making this role efficient for the right candidate. Hours: * Flexible part-time: 25-30 hours per week * Workdays: Monday to Friday What we're looking for: * Proven experience in an accounts payable role * High level of trustworthiness and integrity with a strong methodical detailed approach * Experience with MYOB Exonet is preferred * Comfortable using Smartsheet and other automated systems * Ability to work independently, manage offshore AP processes and resolve queries. * Collaborate with Procurement team to optimise workflows ensuring timely and accurate invoice processing/reconciliations. * Statement preparation and reconciliation. * Eligibility to work in New Zealand without visa restrictions.
