About The Role: We are seeking for Skilled Concrete Precaster to join our team in our factory in Hastings, Hawke's Bay. This is a great opportunity for experienced Precasters to continue delivering high-quality work within the concrete industry. Your Responsibilities: You will be primarily responsible for: • Read and interpret technical drawings and plans. • Formwork methodologies for many varying types of formworks. • Understanding the many forms of threaded connections and fixings. • Accurate with dimensions. • Good understanding of concrete reinforcements, placement, cover required, tying methods, support methods, lap joints, types and diameters. • An understanding of Quality Control. • Concrete pouring, screeding, floating, trowel finishing (hand and machine). • A good understanding of the reasons for vibrating concrete. • Knowledge of concrete tool maintenance (hand and machine). • Measure, cut and assemble materials as required for construction.
