Your Work You will organize and manage our Plumbing, Gasfitting & Drainage projects to maintain overall effectiveness and efficiency of the team this will include; • Scheduling of your team (on tools team) • Management of our quality assurance ensuring excellent workmanship, quality, client and staff communications • Project management – ensuring on time completion of works, on budget and to the highest level of quality • Project Health & Safety • Fine tuning our current systems in conjunction with management staff • Working with management to continuously fine tune Key Skills & Requirements • Be a Certified & Licensed Plumber, Gasfitter and/or Drainlayer • Be organized with an eye for detail • Have a positive, practical mindset & be able to think on your feet • Have strong communication skills • Have the ability to understand people (customers & staff) giving you the ability to get the best out of both. • Have passion & pride for the task or job whilst making sure the job is top notch • Have experience with Construction, Renovation and Maintenance works The application process will include these requirements: • Current Police check • Pre employment health check • Current NZ Drivers license If you didn’t check all the boxes, Don’t stress!
